The support pack includes:

• Automation support, troubleshooting and management
• WordPress website support, troubleshooting and management

The support pack is valid for use within 30 days from payment. If not used within 1 month, remaining hours will be forfeited and another package will have to be purchased to continue.

New campaign setup, setup of membership sites, affiliate programs and other work not defined above are project-based and thus billed separately using a fixed-price scheme. Pricing is subject to the complexity of the project.
