The story
I’m Sheryl Burwell. I’ve been implementing automation since 2009 — long enough to have watched every tool come and go, and to know that the software was never the hard part.
I work with coaches, consultants, and service businesses on GoHighLevel, Keap, and ActiveCampaign. My clients don’t hire me because I know where every button is. They hire me because I understand the sales process behind the software — and because I treat their systems the way I treat my own.
I run Green Meadows Pet Aftercare, a service business built on the same stack I set up for clients: automated follow-up, scheduled workflows, documented processes. So when I tell you a workflow will hold up on a busy Tuesday, it’s because mine does.
How I work
- Evidence first. No guessing. Every recommendation comes with the receipt that justifies it.
- Plain English. If I can’t explain what’s broken in a sentence you understand, I haven’t finished thinking.
- You own everything. Documentation, logins, walkthroughs. My goal is to be optional.
- Small and honest. If something isn’t worth automating, I’ll say so.
